Robert Ransom is co-founder and clinical director of Barney Recovery, the first tech-driven solution of its kind to provide treatment centres with analytical data on their alumni. This enables treatment centres to maintain meaningful relationships with their clients after they leave and removes the need for surveys. The data also helps to understand the causes of relapse, if they occur.

Having worked in a residential treatment centre, Robert understands the challenges in creating alumni loyalty. He has his own experience of addiction recovery and an MSc accreditation in Addiction Psychology and Counselling.
