In February, all our exhibitor spaces were fully booked! Initially, we informed you that none were free. Nevertheless, we managed to open up one 6′ table and one 9′ exhibitor space.

Shipping materials? We will supply a label nearer the date. If shipping exhibitor materials internationally: do not over-value contents as taxes of 30% could be due. If you have an option to pay tax in advance, do so to avoid Customs delay.
The spacious Grand Foyer is situated between the entrance and presentation room so that all delegates will see your stands. Refreshments and lunch will also be served in the exhibitor room, to increase visitors to your stand.
This is a fantastic venue for London business meetings, with air-conditioning and unlimited fast, free internet access.
