If shipping exhibitor materials internationally: do not over-value contents as taxes of 30% could be due. If you have an option to pay tax in advance, do so to avoid Customs delay.

Setting up: Exhibitors can set up the day before, on 24 June from 7.45pm (or from 8am on 25 June);  just ask at the Reception desk for someone to guide you there. Please advise TheTeam@DBrecoveryresources.com about your time. You can break down your exhibitor platform after 4.30pm on 26 June, after the final refreshment break.

The spacious Grand Foyer is situated between the entrance and presentation room so that all delegates will see your stands. Refreshments and lunch will also be served in the exhibitor room, to increase visitors to your stand.
