Shipping materials? The 2027 label will be similar to our Label for 2026 exhibitors.
If shipping exhibitor materials internationally: do not over-value contents as taxes of 30% could be due. If you have an option to pay tax in advance, do so to avoid Customs delay.

Setting up: We will advise a week in advance of the event if exhibitors can set up the day before, on 30 June from 7.45pm (or from 8am on 1 July);  just ask at the Reception desk for someone to guide you there. Please advise TheTeam@DBrecoveryresources.com about your time. You can break down your exhibitor platform after 4.30pm on 2 July, after the final refreshment break.

The spacious Grand Foyer is situated between the entrance and presentation room so that all delegates will see your stands. Refreshments and lunch will also be served in the exhibitor room, to increase visitors to your stand.
