Mandy is a senior psychotherapist and Bayberry’s programme director. With over a 13 years’ experience providing therapeutic treatment, she holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology, a 1st class honours’ degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Psychotherapy and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision. She was awarded a Graduate Certificate from Harvard University Extension School, Cambridge, MA, having specialised in the science of memory, biotechnology, philosophy and justice. She is an alumna of the 2019 cohort of the Transformative Technology Academy, focusing on neuroscience based solutions to support wellbeing, is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, an international affiliate of the American Psychological Association, a registered counsellor with ACC, an accredited counsellor with the National Counselling Society and a Registered Test User (RQTU) with BPS for the delivery and interpretation of psychometric testing. Mandy is also an accredited clinical supervisor, registered with NCPS, having graduated from the University of Derby.

Mandy has recently completed two years of further post-graduate specialist teaching/training in the field of clinical sexology/psychosexual therapy to enhance services to clients needing support with complex relationship needs, identity, sex, and sexuality. On top of all this, Mandy is dual accredited in both faith-based and secular therapy,

Mandy is interested in general psychotherapy themes with emphasis on memory and the use of the mind’s own resources for the re-balancing and fulfilment of emotional needs.

Mandy is an advocate for public policy change and pioneering innovative services to support the wider community, attended parliament in 2019 as a contributor to the Parliamentary Review, the House of Lords in 2023, was a keynote speaker at the HG mental health conference in May 2023,  and is a founder member of the Leaders Council of Great Britain.
