As a senior accredited psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, Anthony Rhone has over 30 years of mental health expertise and clinical supervision experience. He treats depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, anger management, psychosexual concerns, ADHD and forensic mental health. His therapeutic approach is integrative, combining emotional, cognitive and behavioural strategies to foster balance and self-sufficiency.

Anthony has worked with Nightingale Hospital London for over 10 years. He also has a private practice.
His comprehensive experience and an array of expertise and skills enable him to practice using integrated therapeutic models that combines: Cognitive, Behavioural, Humanistic and Psychodynamic modalities. He has worked in challenging environments both as a manager leading a multidisciplinary team, providing an innovative service to clients with co-existing diagnosed psychological and behavioural symptoms and who also have addictions.
In addition, he has worked within prison environments, forensic units and one of the three high-security hospitals in England. He is also a clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience providing clinical supervision to psychotherapists, Registered Mental Health Nurses, junior registrars, and team managers within addiction and forensic settings.
