Refunds requested in writing before 31 December 2024 will be returned in full, less £10 administration charge.
From 1 January to 1 May 2025, refunds requested in writing within 30 days of booking will be returned at a 75% rate.
No refunds for bookings made outside the above terms, but we can enable ticket transfer to a named representative.
