At 8am there will be a 12 Step meeting in the Churchill Bar, on the conference floor
You can print a handy Pocket programme 2023 (also available on the Registration desk).
Delegate bags: All attendees who registered will get a lanyard and badge with notebook+pen
as well as a delegate bag with pens, spectacle/screen wipes, etc – and some with winning claims to prizes.
Please wear your badge at all times. This ensures your entry, including access to lunch, for the day(s) you booked.
Wifi:
Is available in the exhibitor room, and is complimentary. No password needed.

Lunch menus:
Enjoy menus here. Refreshments & lunch include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Exhibitors:
You can set up the night before, from 7-10pm (we will be there to greet you).
Setting up can also take place from 8am on 27 June.
You can store parcels (clearly labelled for your couriers to collect) in the Meston Suite
to be picked up the next day latest.

Taking notes:
We will provide pens and notepads – and Powerpoint presentations will be available to you after the conference.
Attendance Certificate will be emailed on request, so that you have it electronically.
