Keith Humphreys is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University and honorary Professor of Psychiatry at King’s College London. His work this side of the Atlantic includes UK government-chartered Review of UK drug policy (“Dame Carol Black review”), World Health Organization opioid guideline task force and UK Commission on Alcohol Harm. His appointments include:
