With over 4 decades of experience in the health care industry, Becky Flood is president/CEO of Ashley Treatment Addiction, serves on the board of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) Board, is a CARF surveyor and president/cofounder of the Women’s CEO Global Alliance, a behavioural health rountable. She was previously CEO of New Directions for Women for over 14 years, and before that was vice president of treatment services at Seabrook in New Jersey, where she served for 26 years.

Rebecca earned her Master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, is a Nationally Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (NCAC II), Board Registered Interventionist 2 (BRI II), and a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).

In more than 4 decades of experience in the health care industry, Becky Flood has demonstrated expertise in programme development, clinical oversight, business development and fiscal management. As Vice President of Treatment Services at Seabrook in New Jersey, where she served for 26 years, she oversaw the organisation’s residential treatment programmes and the planning of specialised treatment for women, adolescents, and individuals with co-occurring disorders. While serving as Chief Executive Officer of New Directions for Women for over 14 years, her expertise was used exclusively on issues relating to women of all ages, pregnant women in any trimester, and women with dependent children affected by addiction.

As President and CEO of Ashley Addiction Treatment, Becky has a central role guiding Ashley to adapt and evolve to meet the ever growing addiction and mental health epidemic.

She earned her Master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, is a Nationally Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (NCAC II), Board Registered Interventionist 2 (BRI II), and a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).

Additionally she has always been committed to giving back to the field and has given of her time, talent, and treasure by serving on boards, providing training at national conferences, and serving as a CARF surveyor. She currently serves as a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) Board, TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services Board, and President and Co-Founder of the Women’s CEO Global Alliance (WCEOG), a behavioural health rountable.
