At 8am there will be a 12 Step meeting on the conference floor
You can print a handy Pocket programme 2026 (also available on the Registration desk).
Delegate bags: All attendees who registered will get a lanyard and badge
with 4Gb memory card as well as a delegate bag with notebook, cups and more items.
Please wear your badge at all times. This ensures your entry, including access to lunch, for the day(s) you booked.
Wifi:
Is available in the exhibitor room, and is complimentary. No password needed.

The presentation room is beside the exhibitor room, with views over the harbour.
Exhibitors:
* Exhibitors can set up 24 June from 7.45pm: just let the reception team know, to guide you there.
* Setting up can also take place from 8am on 25 June. The DB team aims to arrive 7.30pm on 24 June.
Please tuck in your chairs from the front of the table (side facing the delegates) NOT between the table and the wall;
this is vital to create space in the room and to prevent an isolating barrier between you and delegates.
* Exhibitor lunches will be served at 12.45pm before delegates leave presentations at 1pm.
