At 8am there will be a 12 Step meeting on the conference floor
You can print a handy Pocket programme 2024 (also available on the Registration desk).

Delegate bags: All attendees who registered will get a lanyard and badge
with notebook as well as a delegate bag with more items.

Please wear your badge at all times. This ensures your entry, including access to lunch, for the day(s) you booked.

Is available in the exhibitor room, and is complimentary. No password needed.
For exhibitors with electronic needs, email the venue’s AV guru

Lunch menus:
Enjoy menus here. Refreshments & lunch include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

* You can set up on Sunday 30 June: the Chelsea Harbour Hotel operations manager Chris
will be in from 2-4pm if you would like to come to set up during those hours.
Anyone past those times can still set up – just let the reception team know to guide you where to go
Do NOT move anything that has been set up already. The DB team aims to arrive 3pm.
* Setting up can also take place from 8am on 1 July.
* Exhibitor lunches will be served at 12.30pm before delegates leave presentations at 1pm.

Taking notes:
We will provide pens and notepads – and Powerpoint presentations will be available to you after the conference.

Attendance Certificate will be emailed on request, so that you have it electronically.
